Hi i want a cheap solution, so want to buy playstation 2. Is it still a good buy and can I play PS2 games on computer screen or i need seperate television?

No, you can't play PS2 games on your PC Monitor. Maybe there is some adapter which can convert signals from the PS2 composite cable to a VGA. BTW, Sony had released VGA cable for PS2 but it was supplied only with the PS2 Linux Kit.

whEN UR BUYING PS2 which still better option...if u have constraints on budget....y u wanna play on computer screen as ur comp screen will be 15-17-19 inches which is will be still smaller than 21-25-29 inches which will give better gaming experience isnt it???
