gameplay is much better than last time

All football games look alike , not much detail is visible while playing except the cutscenes.

The interface is good..... We can now toggle some of the features of the game which were stuck on in FIFA 06. Yes, the players faces are not accurate.... Even FIFA06 has more accurate faces (sorry, but that's the truth)

the good thing abt FIFA 07 is the variable game play. for eg. i played as Boca on a clean day with clean pitch and they were playing good. but in another game, it was raining and the game became harder to play. the ball was skidding, passing and lobbing was not perfect, etc....good realism. graphics are ok. not much different than fifa 06. couple of new things include the create a Club feature. and the interactive leagues feature. performing tricks have become difficult in this one though.

ya the graphics are not as good... tho the gameplay is not monotonus..

player get tired really and start shooting offtarget if u press them too much
and in tournaments gameplay of ur team is biased by ur past wins and losses.
If u do a lot of hard tackles then all u players get really aggressive without ur saying anythigh and then yellow cards rain!

i dont play fifa that much but lately i got the dvd frm my frnds and i have been hooked since. 07 is the first version i have really played.. earliers once were just download demo, play for a few mins and delete.. for some reason 07 seems so natural that it got me interested.

tho i am a FPS fan in real. sports was not high up in my unterests until 07.

BTW i am facing a real problem... as i said earlier this is the 1st fifa version i am seriously playing..
whenever i am attacking for the goal the ball goes way off-target. and mostly it goes above the goal. even if i am close to the goal. and mostly even if i keep the shot power to minimum.

and when defending i can block most attempts except when the ball bounces off the goalkeeper.. my defenders seem to go dumb for that and they do not try to save. i can never stop a goal if the ball bounces off my keeper. it is not like the game/controles freeze but i just cant...

i dont really understand all the tricks n stuff. just use the pass/shoot/long pass keys!

i will be thankfull if u can point me to some online guide or give any tips for this soccer newbee Hurry pls.. got the game for just 2 weeks

BTW get a logitech rumble pad 2... gaming experience goes super duper

Jus got the game...deadly one...but for the 1st time a fifa version has soooo many bugs...most of them are graphics glitches and some gameplay..

definately there are lots of graphic bugs..
the two most promininet are
1. the outlines of the players...
2. the cound-be-super-eye-candy blur effect..

this is the reason i posted this pic..Look at the bottom left pic:

it has all in focus, inside focus, outside focus objects....
this effect is super cool for the game but is not gone correctly.. specifically the boundaries....
may be future patches will make it better...

btw my hardware was AMD64 3000+, ASUS A8N SLI, XFX 6600GT, 1GB DDR 400RAM

The AI for the players in the defence in the goal keeper sux!!! really bad, god knoes what happened to the good ol iffa programmers
