FEAR : Extraction Point and FEAR what is the difference between these two?

I have completed FEAR .

FEAR : Extraction Point is the expansion Pack to FEAR............i.e. u will need FEAR installed to play the Expansion

FEAR 2 is the sequel to FEAR & is in development
