Default Need help with Quake 3

I downloaded a pk3 file from the net.There were no instructions in the website regarding how to use the map. I need to know how to load and play the map in Quake 3 Arena.Googling didn't help much (maybe i'm using wrong keywords)

place the pak3 file in ur baseq3 folder....
