GRAW Controls Help!!!

i just installed Ghost recon Advanced warfighter with 1.20 patch. I am unable to give my squad any instructions , any key i map for that control does not respond. This is very frustrating and the game is totally unplayable . I googled for some help and found out few more people have this problem with GRAW and they too don't know the solution for this. i found no solution for this prob yet. can anyone help!

Problem solved , i downloaded and installed the 250MB 1.21 patch which had some maps and no fix for this issue ,but strangely every control issue is solved.

Do u think that GRAW has any chance of working on my
1.6 Ghz P4, 256 RAM, 128MB FX5200???
can i play it at the very LOWEST quality???

My suggestion , dont play that game on this config . This game kills my comp . I am playing on 800x600 with normal textures , trilinier filtring. else options to the max. I get about 25-30 fps min in the game.
