I am planning to buy these stuffs & surfed both of their websites. The problem is that playstation3 is 600 $ while Xbox360 is 399 $. Earlier I never have used these stuffs so can somebody help me.

Yeah..more games gonna release on 360. But PS3 is more powerfull. But do we need dat much power. A console can handle every game at its fullest. So why think bout their power??
So go for 360 as they r cheaper also.

u can get xbox 360 games at big toy shops
i just enquired 2 weeks ago
they were selling original xbox 360 for 2500 each
and console for 20,999 with warranty

PS3... I always believe in quality.
XBox games are rarely available on net... you can find the PSX images availabe on net. More games means more gaming.

wait for some time. let the leading website review both of these producs, head to head. then, make ur decision. but i think u can do much more with a xbox 360 than ps3. but again i havnt seen ps3 yet. so wait. one more thing, original games are hard to find and will create a HOLE in ur pocket. so gud luk

ps3 is costly .... many game develpoers are shying away from making games for ps3 as it is costly where as MS has roped in some good games ..... wait announcements shortly .... with the launch of ps3 MS will be also making some huge announcements

i will go for xbox360 because:
1.Microsoft know what Graphics means to a gamer because they are Directx developer which supports all graphics card
2.Microsoft xbox360 has got hell of graphics which Playstation3 gas not
3.Developer doesn't like ps3 cell processor because it is hard to make a game make 1st processor to do taht and 2nd and so on its long and time taking
altough "Playstation3 is a must for Playstation2 fans"

PS2 was hardest to develop in last gen but it still had the max developer support. And there is no indication till now that the situation is going to reverse this Gen.

man have any ane heard sony E3 incident where sony played a game trailer and said that it is real time in Playstation3 this make sony fans turn against...
as we know xbox is Microsoft product which will be heavy in Graphics area so theres no doubt in it.......

Guys everybody knows that PS3 has better graphics processing power than Xbox 360 except people on this form.
Except Price is there any other good point in a Xbox 360???
Same old DVD drive, 20 gb HDD, Xbox Live, Controller.
On the other hand PS3's got Blu-ray Drive, 60gb HDD, Free Playstation Network Platform, better Controller, built in Wi-Fi, Memory card slots, PS1 & PS2 games library, 1080p support and support for connecting PSP Creativelly.
