Direct x9.0c error in trackman nations

my pc configuration is
intel p4 2.66 Ghz
256 MB RAM
80 GB IDE hard disc
WIN xp sp 2

when i open trackman nations
then it shows for direct x 9.0c

i install directx 9.0c separetly,then it shows that directx 9.0c installed & ready for use.

But when i check it using 'dxdiag ' then it show direct x9.0b(4.09.0000.09)
& in direct X files it shows error in "qasf.dll" has older version.
qasf.dll(10.00.0000.3802)

so, how can i solve this problem?
