True Crime -Streets of Newyork Problem

Hello Friends
I am facing a new problem. I have pIV 2.6 GHZ , 512DDR ram
Nvidia Geforce2 MX/MX400
only thief and True crime - New york is not working. I bought the card 3 years ago.

IF i need to buy one graphics card, Can anyone suggest me best card in Nvidia with ofcourse budget price
requirements of the game are FX, GEFORCE 6 OR 7 SERIES.
which to gofor the games. Can anyone help me.
I tried installing, while running the above game, the PC hangs and comes out. the Menu is not coming in true crime.
