WHATS THE EXPIRY DATE OF 6600 NONGT?

Hey guys i recently upgraded my system to amd athlon 3000+ 754 pin pro,Msi rs480 m2 mobo with 1 pcie slot.Hence i decided to buy pcie based 6600 non gt.Last week my brother bought BIG BYTE 6600 nongtLE 256MB PCIE graphics card.It works gr8 Iam totally impressed with performance of it in cod2.But guys can u tell me till how much years (months probably)will this graphic card be able to run the latest games?

it will be hard to play games at good settings even on a 6600gt till later this yr, gaming just made a big leap after release of xbox360 to be followed by PS3 and this surely will affect PC gaming too.

in the end it depends on u how much u can drag ur card , ppl still play games on geforce4 mx.

Just buy a console & be future proof, your 6600GT will work till 2007 end. after that it will be good enough for purevideo & windows vista only, & U will be dragging the card to play after that

arre bhailog he is not asking about 6600GT, not even 6600, he is ASKING ABOUT 6600 LE THAT TOO FROM BIG BYTE .

hey bro, NEVER BUY LE VERSIONS OF ANY CARD. they have 64 bit interface, less pixel pipelines, and less clock and memory timings than the standard ones. In ur case don't opt for a 6600 LE, go for atleast a standard 6600, or better still, a 6600 GT. And DONT GO FOR BIG. Buy from among XFX or Leadtek. AND YES I AGREE WITH tarey_g AND gxsaurav THAT IF U BUY 6600 GT IT WILL BE GOOD FOR A YEAR OR SO. REMEMBER DX 10 IS ARRIVING!!!!!

go for consoles only if u are spoilt rich kid cause the console game title prices would burn a hole through ur pocket.

BTW XFX 6600 256 MB @ 6500/- or at the max 7000/-.

this means that even a gt will not be enuf till the end of this year. so thikn what will happen to a non gt

Well first of all thank u all for ur response but even i think the same way.I have heard fear runs only on 6800 chipset and above even 6600 gives not so satisfactory performance.
The best option left for futureproof gaming system is to buy console and remain assuredfor atleast 4 years.
