MOTO RACER PROB

i am trying to play moto racer( yah the ancient game

) on a 512 mb IBM thinkcentre...but the problem is it plays too fast....that is the game speed is too fast to control.... how to fix it?

i guess in setting files in that game menu there is option for slowing down the speed.......old game do not rememeber exactly.....
