Default FIFA 06 installation error???

"You do not have access to make the required system configuration modifications.Plz rerun the installation from an adminstraters account."

This is the error i get every time i try to run "fifa06.exe".i am logged in as a admin but still this error.Plz guys help me out...

this may help u:

On starting computer,tap the F8 key,select,start windows in safe-mode
with networking,then in log-in screen select administrator.
