Default AOK error

i have Age of Empires II gold. in age of kings, my games always gets deleted automatically for no reason, while i face no problems in conquerors expansion. if there is a bug, how do i remove it. i have ended up playing the same scenario twice and that also incomplete.Help!!!

Have u tried reinstalling ur game?..... Is it a pirated copy u have?
