Game in .VCD??

I copied a game from my frnds HDD.When i opened the CD it was in the .VCD format..
How do i get the normal files back??

Need more details Pal.How did you exactly go about copying this game?
And by Copy I assume you mean burning the game.Btw how in the hell did it turn into a Vcd Format? Which option did you use in Nero,The VCD Option? could you post a screenshot of the Disc files?

The .VCD format is used by Virtual CD s/w. Install Virtual CD s/w and it creates a virtual drive. Extract the .vcd contents from the virtual drive.
This should do it to get normal files.

Sorry for the few details guys ,cuz i didnt do i t myself ,my frnd did it.
Anyways i figured it out,I used ISO buster
clicked on open image > clicked the.VCD files and voila!I ts displayed all the files in it.

PS:It was a NFS MW game btw.
