Default counter strike online gaming problem

Hi friends,
I am using net of airtel broadband(128kbps) at my place
When ever i try to connect with the internet server in cs i get the follwing message


LAN SERVERS ARE RESTRICTED TO LOCAL CLIENT (CLASS C)

i dont understand what should i don i want to play that game online anyhow.
pls help me gamers.

no i have borrowed the orignial copy from friend he has bought it from us

I guess you will have to login to your friends Steam account in order to play or need his original serial number to create a steam account.
