Default Running Call of Duty on the MSI K8 neo

I am trying to run Call of duty on a MSI K8 neo motherboard (754 socket) 2800+ using the onboard graphics but I get the error that my card seems to be missing some of the features needed to run the game . I tried reinstalling the latest drivers but still it does not run.

I have downloaded 3d analyse and dxtweaker but am not sure how to use them. Please help

Are you facing the problem with only this particular game or do all other games too pop up with similar error?
I ran a search for this Mobo and it seems that it has an onboard Nforce 3 chipset,Am I right?
If so then it is easily capable of running COD as I have tried the game on an Nforce 2 based onboard quite smoothly.Further more even COD 2 ran normall with everything set to low.
Could you confirm again which Onboard Video controller is present on your Motherboard and How do the other games Run?

sorry for the late reply. The motherboard has a via chipset on it . I did run halo, need for speed underground, and ut 2004 without any issus. Some games like undying run too fast on it ( game speed more than normal) but other than that there are no problems
