unable to kill doom 3 monster

guys i'm in the 'artifacts dig site' of doom 3 and i've tried everything to kill the giant monster using all types of weapons. i think that i am doing some thing wrong it is simply unaffected.i even tried god mode but no matter what i do nothing happens. please help...

it will take four shots of soul cube to kill the thing

kill 5 monsters, recharge soul cube & use it against it. Repeat this 4 to 5 times.

alright .. it looks as i lost hope pretty soon, i used the sould cube only 2wice or thrice..

killed the damn thing... but no one told me that it was the last stage.....neway great game.. doom 3 is the best gam ei'v eplayed till now. let's see if quake 4 can change that. 8)

hey activate the cheats on
