CAN ANYBODY TELL ME WHERE SHALL I FIND LATEST DRIVER FOR
MY INTEL 845 CARD.

the ones available at the Intel site are the latest and will remain the latest forever bcoz Intel has discontinued all support for the 845 chipset.
