For 10K-11K u can get XFX Geforce 6600GT 256MB Ram. I have heard that it is a very good card. It is Pci-e card.

Serious performance at affordable price (less than 100$, may be 8000 INR here). But you need to wait till its available here. If somebody can bring it from US, u get 50 plus frames per second in DOOM3 and HL2 at 1024x768 @ less than 4500 Rs.

Well if ur looking for a lowend agp card ... a 6200 would be fine for around 3500 bucks .... also u could wait for the X1300LE to reach India ....

as chirag said 6600 with PCi express is a decent 1. but ur mother board should hav the slot for it..
