any CS source servers here in India with low pings ??

None in India afaik. I mostly play on singapore server. Get pings around 65-80 which is good enough for me.

Server IP : 203.81.39.57:27025
Server 2 Ip : 203.81.39.57:27015

The first Ip is of my clan server.... Ill cya there... online nick is same as here.
The second Ip is also of an Indian Source clan server. Both servers are located in SG because as of now there are no source servers in India. Though there has been talk of VStreet coming up with one soon If you have a half decent Cable/DSL then expect sub 100 pings with 0 loss

wolfff posted the ip of team Ti server, btw you can simple browse the steam server browser and sort the servers by ping time i.e. lowest to highest. The lowest ones will mostly be indian and SE asian servers.

The second one is of Ti. The first one is Clan FART.
