Why does DOS Aladdin not work onmy WIN XP SP2??

Hi I thinkevery body knows about the DOS Aladdin which everyone has played. Its size is approx. 2.5 MB. Anyways, I tried everything from Compatibility to Screen Settings, but it never runs.. It is OK on a WIN 98.. Why not XP SP2??

Well infact i've palyed it on WinXP with SP2 .... and i didn't have to use the compatibility wizard even .. just ran the exe .. and it executed perfectly .. infacts i've played many old retro dos games on WinXP SP2 ....

Yea It sure works in XP, got my hands on Alladin once. Google for dosbox or search in the forum and use it. You would be able to play it then.

plays excellantly wid dosbox, sound and music enabled. get hold of dosbox. also make sure u provide the right setting in dosbox.conf (like emulation speed, sound emulation, ems, hma etc.)

I installed DOSbox and its frontend D-Fend and it is working awesome.. Thnx a lot.. frnds.. BTW, can anyone tell me the shortcut (cheat codes) for making ALADDIN fly and move anywhere??
