GOT IT !

I updated my drivers and now I am able to play the game smoothly even in high resolutions. This is more than I expected. Anyways, thanks for your reply.

Now I will enjoy the full game.
Also, do this: Make a file named SystemCfgOverride.cfg in a notepad and add this in it:
d3d9_Occlusion_Query = "0"
e_overlay_geometry = "0"
r_Quality_BumpMapping = "0"
sys_spec = "2"
e_beach = "1"
e_EntitySuppressionLevel = "0"
e_flocks = "1"
e_active_shadow_maps_receving = "1"
e_shadow_maps = "1"
e_stencil_shadows = "1"
r_ShadowBlur = "0"
Then save this file in the Far Cry root directory and it will solve your problem of Ati 9200 series graphics card. The same issue was with my Ati 9000 card also and so, it solved my problem. Try it deathvirus and you will be able to play the game because your card is fully supported.
