    1)Get your DOTA 2 beta key or wait for it to go F2P.
    2)Install Steam from store.steampowered.com
    3)Activate your key, download the game and play.

    Dota 2 not really my type of game. Check some of the previous pages there is a thread on how to get the beta key.
