Funniest moments in games

Hi folks,
List all the funniest moments u have encountered in the games. Mine will be of Half Life 2, where people ask us several times that "Dr. Freeman, is that really you?"

Also, in some GTA series, when u hit the pedestrians, then u will hear a funny noise and couldn't stop laughing.

Esp in the thrall's volcanic mission

Mine would be the hilarious show "Lords and Ladies" in Max Payne. Also the follow up shows in Max Payne 2 were equally dark and funny. Also the conversation between an accused and a cop at the precinct will make you roll in laughter.

Serious Sam's dialouges were priceless too.
"Didn't I just kill you two rooms dowmn?" LOL!

The conversations in "Destroy all Humans" are pretty hilarious. Just like the 50's B-Grade movies.
