Most of the game soundtracks are on internet., and some games include it as WAV or MP3 in the game installation folder., if you need a soundtrack from a game video then there are some games which includes there video files with extension of .bik Download Bink Payer to watch and then convert it to MP3 or any other format.,

Many games these day give their soundtrack for a price or free with game.
If above is not available then google is your best friend.

there are tools to extract sound tracks from games ( not for every games though ) - just try searching for those with a specific game name.

Like gameranand said most premium/special editions of games have their sound track and videos as bonus.

Use audio extractors, if they are available for any game. Because, a soundtrack album might not contain all the tracks that were featured in the game. Also, extracted tracks will be of superior quality.
