ATI 5450 Help!!

I have ATI 5450
AMD atholon 7750 dual core
3GB ram
Win XP sp 2.
Though Witcher 2 is playable in this comp,It lags sometime.And the new games wont even work??So what do i do

here is the system requirements of witcher 2 the minimum required gpu is 8800 which is 3-4 times better than ur gpu
