StarCraft 2 Playing Issue

My Config is in my Sig.

I play at Res. 1400x900 with all Settings "Ultra" in Campaign Modes (I dont play Multi)

While playing sometimes the Frame Rate really drops at some Places to halt.

I want to know what is the Culprit.

GTS 250 + C2DE7x Must be able to Run it at ultra with mere 1400x 900 resolution right?

Would be upgrading in Oct so it would help if I can get my hands on the Culprit part. Wont be changing GTS 250 most prolly.

ps: Temp were not a issue. Cabby is well ventilated with 3 Fans apart from CPU & GFX Fan so temp were always within limits.

SC2 had a inbuilt thing Ctrl Alt F

As per that it varies between 14 to 60+

Do you have the latest patch because it rectifies issues you are facing.

Not using any Patch. And it happens in Gfx intensive scenes

Well patch improves it and you should apply the patch most probably it will sort out but still if you are getting framedrops at graphics intensive scenes then its normal but still I'll suggest to apply patch.
