Is this game really free for all because I thought EA never give anything for free???

game = free download.
play = registration fee.

after all its a multiplayer online game.

If its just a online game and there is fee to play it then whats the point in advertising it as free. Damn EA.

Well most MMORG or MMORPGs are that way. They have a monthly fee. The original copy may either be free or magrinally priced.
Eg:
WoW= Rs.800/month

Uh guys, I think there has been a misunderstanding of sorts. The game doesn't seem to require a monthly subscription to play , it's totally Free to Play.

As you can see, the game is totally free to play. In fact, a friend of mine used to play it a few weeks back. But he quit after he kept getting pwned by players that used Cash-shop items.

Yes, the dreaded cash-shop items...those annoying things that give you the extra edge in races , is present in NFS World. Anyway, you only need to pay for that and not for the actual game.

I hope this has cleared up any confusion about the game's "Free" status.

EDIT : Lol , I just registered on NFS World's Site. It was instant because I already had an EA account. I got a Porsche Cayman S for free , that will cease-to-exist in 3 days. Damn it , now EA's forcing me to d/l this game

NO there is no montly fee.

The GAME is totally free to download and play. Only if you need some extra items in the gameplay you need to purchase. (You have two options, purchase by spending real money or you can use the virtual money to purchase just like in Hot Pursuit)

I downloaded the game its about 3.18 GB !!:

The game play is very good and the tracks are much similar to NFSMW (Free Roam atleast!!)

Has anyone here tried this game ??
