Xbox360 latest problem with COD black ops, halo reach!!!!

hi pals.
i recently got XBOX360 from my brother and several games. out of them lies problem with black ops and halo reach. when i insert dvd it shows play game on dashboard . when i select it, it goes to a black blank screen and stops there.

so i thought it was dvd problem, so i bought new ones of same games. now new one give same response but do not have single scratch!!!1
my brother used to play them and has save games on in console memory and i don't think there has been any update since then(not so sure)
please help

Go to Game Details : Press Y
Installing Game if you have XBOX 360 Slim 250GB

Go to settings Tab then Memory
Delete your Brothers save games.Sometimes lack of space causes this
