Default BATTLEFIELD 2 HELP


Can intel 865 gbf mobo,256mb ram,pny fx 5200 be able to run battlefield 2 smoothly.

i wouldn't completely bet on it.As i have just gone through the list of Graphics Card that support the Battlefield 2 Demo right now:

Looks like Fx5200 aint listed out here.Quite possible that i just might make it but dont expect it to run smoothly as this is a very Graphic demanding game and 256MB ram surely aint gonna be happy supporting this game either.

U cant manage anything over 640x480,low .... another 256mb would have helpful ...

my friend runs it on 256 mb, at 640x480 without a gphx crd, intel gfx2,
he has 1.5 ghz processor, he runs GAME XP

even the 6600GT is not listed there ??? so does that mean i cant play bf2 on a 6600GT ???

Itr running fne on the fx5200 but those who are running it has atleast 512mb+ ram ....

The only game till now thats creates problems on the FX5200 if Men of Valor ... it requires a minimum of FX5700 series card .....

Did you even care to read ahead of what i actually wrote i said it wasnt listed and didnt say that it won't run on an FX5200.

At what frame rate would that be mate?
If its anywhere above 35Fps then its well and good but if not then forget even buying the game as the whole experience will be pathetic.

I have a 6600 non GT with 256 Gddr...
Game takes ages to load..
run on medium settings....runs like as if i am watching some powerpoint presentaion...on higher settings.
first time i played it..liked it later dumped it...got chaos theory
