Dude keep it with you. Someday you might want to play with your friends. I suggest making a new account and keeping at least one copy of the game in it. That way it will be good for a quick match with a friend who doesn't already have the game.

Selling steam games on ebay is not allowed. Use any online currency converter to convert it to INR. Using paypal you can pay in USD.

I have 85 games on steam costing over $1000. I'm not going to scam $5 for my $1000 worth of games
