crysis warhead not runnning properly

hey
i have the following configuration
4 gb ddr2 800 mhz ram
2 gb ati hd4200 graphics card{it shows 2 gig in dxdiag but it says only 512 mb in everest ultimate[i am not sure which is correct]}
Amd athlon x2 ql-01 1932 mhz
direct x 11.0
windows 7 home premium 64 bit

even then , i am able to play crysis warhead in minimum settings and the game don't gives high fps in main frame settings.
is the computer not powerful enough???
or is this the fault of the software????

P.S.: ati hd4200 is comparable to which nvidia gpu??
