Default A gaming rig for 70K

I am planning on building a good rig for 70K. this is what I have thought of so far. I need your suggestions and comments on this, I have to plan now so that I can save money and buy it a little later. I know the prices will go up and down and I am willing to stretch my budget to 71 or 72K.

AMD X6 Phenom 1090T
Motherboard I am not sure ( Suggest a good one )
2*2 DDR3 @1333 Transcend
ATi 5850
1TB seagate
Monitor ( I can use my old samsun 2233 )
CM 690II tower
Crosair VX450

can I drop anything off or add anything extra? my main purpose would be to play games at good settings. If I am going to use my old monitor I will save some 10K which I can use for something extra or an upgrade. Please suggest.

I like eye candy but I can do away that to get a better system

XFX has heating problem or any other glitch? can you give me an estimate on each component? and where I can get the RAM from? I know in bangalore its almost impossible to get ram like that. the last time I built a lower budget rig I looked for it and never found. I am in Hyd right now.
