Default Modern Warfare 2 PC Release date?

Even though Modern Warfare 2 was released quite a while back for the PC and the consoles, in India, the PC version is still not available.

According to early reports, the PC version was menat to be sold for Rs. 1299. But, the best price I can see on ebay is 2.7K for the game which probably means that it is an imported edition.

Does anyone know when the PC version will be released in India? The wait is painful - I really wanna play multiplayer!
