yes.. it is Sony is easy on these kinda rules. Take PSN account for example.. unlike others.. One PS3 can have multiple PSN accounts and one can access their PSN account from any ps3. And if your account got banned b'coz of something.. no worries.. create another one as till now sony is not implementing hardware ban.
