Yeah, it is AFAIK. Also, the native "Virtual XP" mode should be more than sufficient in the odd eventuality that a game isn't running on Win7

Yup. Windows 7 can theoretically play every game that is compatible with XP, along with every game that will be released.

No, many games based on DOS platform are not running on Windows 7. I think Wolfenstein is one of them,
