and i see a lot of ppl playing this here
So i ask you guys,

Which map you like most?
Which map you play the most?
Worst Map?
Best Guns?
etc

for me..
I like q3dm17 [space one](of course) and q3tourney4 [anarki wala] the most
and there is a good map called ztn3tourney1 (really really good map)
you should try it

The Longest Yard in Quake 3

and i have diff. mods and the best mod. is "New Maps". U can play new maps which r not there in Quake 3 original and that secondary action is cool. In rocket launcher if u right click the rocket will follow the enemy until it destroys the enemy.

Worst map: Forgot the name, but its the one with all the green stuff around.

No, havent playedd Defrag.
Just remembered am amazing map i played called RuntFest. The arena is a huge room. Try it out. The level design is really good.

Defrag is a collection of arenas just for timepass. its called defrag as there are no frags. you try your skill on rocket jumps, plasma jumps, strafe jumping etc.

Jailbreak is cool but best enjoyed in multiplayer

Another mod that I love is Xtreme Arena. All the weapons get alternate shots and you get all the weapons with unlimited ammo right from the start. Also, they give you like 300 health. It disappears rapidly though but adds a fun dimension to the game :lol

Quake was launched in 1996
Quake 2 in 1997
and Quake 3 in 2003
q1 was good but q2 never clicked. q3 was the real success !

that logo of q3 in your avatar used to be a "Q" in q1 .. then it was stylized a bit in q2 and now in q3 its quite impossible to understand that it was once a "Q"

even other versions of q3 .. such as "q3 team arena" didnt get as much popularity as "q3 arena". its probably one of the most popular online game still today ( maybe after counter-strike )

As far I remember, Quake II was most appreciated
Q3 was popular because of the awesome deathmatching pleasure it gave people.
Also, Quake 3 Arena came out in 1999 and not 2003

hey men the game quake III is best one men after that the game is ut2004.
I quake III all the map are the best. I like to play it very much.

well dont ask me favourites any map and i`m out fragging like anything i fact the most wonderful thing is its speed y gameplay

but as i`m posting i like longest yard its amazing also tried jail break mod n new maps just keep on comming
