3. Command & Conquer Generals
4. Command & Conquer Generals: Zero Hour

Turn Based Strategy:
1. Civilization Series.

Tsunami: I dont know actually which type strategy game u r asking for. I assume that u r asking for war-strategy games. The game which actually revolutionized the genre of strategy games is Age of Empire series.Its a must for strategy gamers. Apart from that, Rome:Total war, C&C: Red alert2, CeaserII are very good.

Apart from war-groups, there are some RPG games which requires a hell lot of strategy. Example, Championship manager200* series, Pirates of Carribean, SyberiaI & II etc.
