Rome -total war -total problem

Hi,

Now I have three problems regaurding this game "rome total war"
first when the game starts the two videos - one of activision and the title vedio run very slowly with jerky sounds ... but the vedios run well enough in the windows media player
second ... I found several vedios in this folder "H:\rome_total_war\Data\fmv" ... there are starting vedios for gauls, greeks but what use are they ?? i mean when will i view them in the game ... are there more campeigns to unlock ?
last problem is about cheats ... if u dont mind, can u tell me how to us the cheats "process_cq" for a city ... please write with an example ..

when you wanna play the long/short campaign using other nations such as gauls, greeks, bruti .. there would be a video played for that particular nation you select..
the video only plays for the first time.. when you start the campign..

hmm what hardware you got??
or there might be some codec problem. htough i`m not sure about that..

what other imperial campeigns are there in RTW excluding Scipii, Brutii, and Julii ?
