noise from the processor

why is that i get a strange whirring noise from the processor fan when i play some selected games on my pc such as godfather 2 or bioshock??? its freaking me out

yup it comes from the fan on the processor

Overheating.

The game makes your computer utilise more cpu power. This heats up the cpu. This makes the fan run faster to cool it down.

Solution: use a better cooling solution like a better fan and check your pc cabinet for obstructions.
