graphics card for intel d101ggc desktop board

hi,
i just want to know which graphics card will be best suited for intel d101ggc desktop board. because recently i installed godfather2 game but my system's inbuilt graphics card didn't support it. help me.

My system configuration is
intel d101ggc desktop board
intel dual core 2.8 ghz
1GB DDR1 RAM
160gb seagate sata hdd

For 5k< go for ATi Radeon 4670
For 5-7k go for 9600gt or 9800gt
For 7-8k go for ATi HD 4850
For upto 10k go for GTX 250.

the Graphics Hardware requirement for godfather2 game is,

256 MB video card with Shader 3.0
(Nvidia GeForce 7800 GT or ATI Radeon X1600 Pro)

now tell me which graphics card will be best suited..

then increase your budget by rs 400 to rs 3400 and get a Palit 9500 256mb DDR3
