I know that custom games in WFT can be saved for viewing and analysing. But is there any site where I can download them so that I can learn some new strategies ?

You can google "frozen throne replays" for several sites, including Battle.Net's ladder replays.

I downloaded the maps from the following page, http://tft.replayers.com/index.php but none of them are working. I get an error which says this version is not supported. How do I find the version of warcraft. I have the frozen throne expansion installed.

Download the corresponding patch from blizzard website... say version 1.21 or 1.22(mostly used versions)... or else download warcraft version switcher, allows you to switch between various versions
