MSI P45 Neo-F: 5.5k-6k
Transcend 2x2Gb DDR2 800mhz : 2k-2.2k

Dell 198WFP: 7k-7.5k
Palit/EVGA 9600GT: 5.5k-6k

Logitech m/m keyboard and mouse

in that case, I would suggest you to wait coz:
1) Phenom X3 810 is to be released in India
2) Drastic price cuts from ATI and nVidia in place (done in USA already).
3) seagate 7200.12 to be released in India. 7200.11 have lot of firmware issues.

If it's urgent:

Phenom X4 920: 10k
Gigabyte mobo based on 780G chipset : 4k-5k.
2x2Gb DDR2 800MHz

And then wait for few days. May be upto two weeks. HD4850 and 9800GTX+'s prices are going to come down by 1k-2k.

Phenom X4 920: 10k
There is one Biostar motherboard, forgot model number and it's excellent VFM. Dig out digit forum and you will find it.
2x2Gb DDR2 800MHz

Dell 198WFP: 7k-7.5k
Palit HD4850 Sonic: 9k

APC UPS500VA : 2k
cabinet without SMPS: your wish
Cooler Master 500W PSU: 1.9k or Corsair VX450 : 3k-3.5k

XBOX 360 controller for windows: 1.5k (this is a must for gaming)

and if you can put more money, get Corsair VX550W PSU for future safety.
