gaming problem

in my pc gta iv is not running it shows the error RMN40

my pc config,

core 2 duo 2.2GHz
1 gb , 1 gb kingston and simtronics
160 GB hdd
8400 gs 512
gigabyte 945GCM S2L


i have not any internet connection but it has offline activation and it works only on vista and sp3 only or on xp sp2. please help me.

8400gs is an entry level card ... i doubt it can handle a gfx intensive game like GTA 4

Try updating the graphics drivers to the latest version.

^Try this solutions but I dont think 8400GS 512MB will be able to handle it well.
