Next-Gen Nvidia GPU Coming Soon

GPU is said to be similar to the PS3's RSX

Nvidia announced recently that they will be unveiling their next-generation GPU at launch event in San Francisco on June 21, 2005. This unveiling will be of the invitation-only variety. Those selected will be treated to a case-mod contest and a Battlefield 2 LAN party, along with the press conference and the demonstrations of the new technology.

Those looking for more information about the PlayStation 3 may be as interested as PC gamers. This new chip is like the GPU of the nascent PS3, according to Nvidia. How true or not that is, and whether those fabulous E3 PS3 demos were in any way accurate, may be answered later this month.
