GC- 256 or 512 mb

i want to know which GC(8600 gt) should i buy, one with 256mb memory or with 512 mb memory. i am using pentium D 2.8Ghz,Intel D101GGC Board, 2 GB RAM,

check which card has ddr3 memory 256mb card with ddr3 ram is better then 512mb ddr2 card .
