Try the goldie oldie Juiced 1. Really good racing game. For survival horror try ObsCure.

I recommend Thief series! Its got a great storyline and hitman like gameplay. Its got no guns because it is set in the middle ages but once you play a mission you'll start hating guns! You get a really wide variety of arrows for creativity!

Oh, and the game will run if you own a decent enough PC to run Win 98 without hiccups!
