Am i this dumb to not being able to find an option to add an avatar or is this one of the "TDF bugs"? Well, if it is, someone needs to fix it....NOW!
Thought I might give a suggestion here as well, the forum's feel too complicated (as a new member) and divided into too many categories and as a result of which I'm mistakingly posting into wrong sections of the forum again and again..(or maybe its just me :S)

Tried messing with the links and it seems that the link to add/change the avatar is available http://www.thinkdigit.com/forum/prof...?do=editavatar but no option's showing up in User Cp.

Categories have been defined for avoiding this problem only and not get everything cluttered. Have patience, take your time and decide which category suits the best for the thread you want to create.

You may refer to the Category captions before posting, which will help you to decide.

^^ I think there is some criteria you need to fulfill before you can add your Avatar. Like minimum number of posts count.
When you qualify the criteria, you can find the settings for avatar, by:
Clicking "UserCP". Clicking "Edit Avatar" under "Settings & Options".

Thanks for the replies @krishnandu.sarkar and @vineet369. I usually don't find this criteria on the forums I have been to, but that may seem to be the cause of my problem here.

New members can't change avatars and add signatures. They need to first get into the group of Authorised Members. (10 posts and 4 days)

If you'll be more active, advertisements will be disabled. Lastly, we have too many sections actually to avoid confusion + cramping up of things.

I was wondering, if the threads can be "Marked as Solved", to a thread which addresses a query, or problem.
Since it would be easier, for others, to spot the solved one, from the ones, which needs attention.
