@FilledVoid, town name included in the post.

@Anorion, thanks very much for your support.

Btw, When I tried posting this ad around 6 months back, it is never approved and somebody banned me for life from this forum!! I mailed the magazine editor directly and requested him to see my ban explaining everything. I did not see any reply, but, when i tried logging in last week, miraculously, i came to know that my account is working again!! my ban is cancelled!

    Thanks editor sir.

Actually, I was thinking that baazar section is dominated by a few hosting providers who might be the friends of a few moderators here! Because, I post regularly my hosting offers on WHT, FWS, DP and many other big forms and never faced a ban till now.

Anyway, happy to see that it did not happend again. Thanks every one.

    Regards.

    @niceboy,
Sorry to hear you were banned for posting in bazaar section.
I hope you will have good time over here now.

Sending mail to editor for forum issue is not correct way. You should have created a duplicate account and PM any active moderator or admin.

Yes, it can be accessed from there, but it's much much more convenient on the board index itself. Sending PM to someone is made simple.

If 50 people are online, then you have to flip through unnecessary pages in Quick Links > Who's Online whereas all the names were easily available earlier on the board index.

It lists all the Admins and Moderators. Sending PM is again made simple as you just have to click on the "View Forum Leaders" link which used to appear beside "Mark Forums Read" on the board index.

I was merely pointing out that the feature was still there. Although I do understand that it is a bit more convenient if it was available on the Home Page.

This definitely would make it more easier in sending Private messages.

Is there any possibility to lift 15 images per post restriction for posts in Reviews sections. Putting a full blown reviews is a big headache thanks to this rule. Also, if possible please setup TE style review section where we can put it in multipage format.

Gr8. Awesum. There are the words came out after seeing the new Home page. Everything is just too perfect. Thank you for providing us such a wonderful change. Now please look into the forum. Though the theme is boring but it's much lighter than the previous one.

Just one suggestion for forum : Do the same perfection in placing each and everything and make it 100% wide. If it's not possible, I don't care about the ad's in sides. But after the ad's there is lot unused space. What I mean is make the forum 95% wide and use 5% for the side ad's. That will be really ok.

Hi. This is a good suggestion. We'll take this into consideration. I also owe you a phone call, we still need to talk about pending forum issues and ideas

@ Vamsi and krishnandu -- fluid width for the forum is on our list of things. You should see some movement on that very soon.

I am hearing that IPB or Invision Power Board has moved ahead of vBulletin.

My suggestions, which have been posted previously:

Sub-forums for Photography, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, etc Designing, basically, an art sub-forum, which can even house our movies thread. All these can be clubbed to be one single sub-forum IMHO.

Please move the sidebar ads to the top or bottom of the page once users login. The featured story link is pretty much useless above the forum. I suggest that it be removed. Prior to logging in, the sidebar ads may be present.

and tags. These would be for spoilers in the gamerz and movies threads. The Table tags should be able to create an excel like grid/table. Useful for putting comparision.

Please add an image resize feature like at TE. If any image is wider than the forum width as on any monitor, then it is resized to a width which is viewable easily, with a button on top to view it full size.

More suggestions as and when they come to my beak.

Cheers and regards from the Krow Klan.

    Hello to all

i recently joined this forum, about a month ago to be specific

with all humility may i kindly ask when will i be able to start my own thread/topic?

Perhaps, i have not fulfilled some forum rule & if so then please guide me to it.

Hoping to make new friends here from whom i can garner valuable technical (& non-technical ) knowledge.

personally, i believe that learning never stops & i am willing to learn as much as i can within the limits of my capabilities.

    Thanking you all.

Dude don't take it personal. Its just a way to keep spmas away.

You have to have a minimal post count of 10-15 to be eligible for creating "threads".

Till then keep posting sane replies in threads that interest you.

Come on guys, give us the spoiler tags! It is much need in the game and movie threads. Seriously, I don't think that this is some newbie forum, where we have to keep asking for basic things like to make edit work, to fix the font colour, etc. This is a big forum, where advanced features should be made available.

What's with the sidebar? I can't see any ads there, so why is just one link blocking the entire space? I have a square monitor, so I really don't see much of a difference in the width.
