I have a SE P990i almost three and a half years old with some software problem. Does anyone know of a shop in ranchi where I can get it repaired as the people at the service centre told that they won't be repairing it...plzz help

it won't go above 65-70%.....i have tried at various centres but to no avail....the centre guys say that it is a virus problem due to which it won't take software or the update.....

honestly, i have never heard of a virus for UIQ based device....

so, any hope...
