hi ppl,
I'm looking for a good mobo to replace my fried MSI6712(ViaKT400 chip) to support my AtlonXP1800+(quite old. i know...).Even my GeForce4MX440 joined the frying process .I'm looking for one with onboard GFX.Any suggestions ?

Krypton C18G-400. Around 4k.
It uses the nVidia nForce 2 chipset which is generally regarded as the best chipset for Athlon XPs. It has GeForce 4 MX graphics onboard with upto 128MB shared graphics memory. The Asus A7N8X-VM is quite similar but costs more and has fewer features.

I've used several dozen C18G-400 mobos over the past two years. They perform well and none has failed except one that was struck by lightning via the LAN port.

go for nothing else but the Asus A7N8X-VM/400 board .......it has rock solid onboard nvidia graphics and is based on the nforce2-g chipset. it will offer very good perfomance compared to any board with onboard graphics.
